Commercial and Digital Media
The Commercial and Digital Media Department handles all Marketing, Sales and Business Development for Endemol South Africa. The department prides itself in creating innovating opportunies for potential clients and finding creative ways to enhance revenue for the company. These include Interactive and Digital Media applications and productions, product placement, merchandising/licensing, marketing/publicity/promotions and ARP (advertising related programming).
The Commercial and Digital Media portfolio ranges from Endemol South Africa's TV Formats to Non-TV related opportunities.
The Commercial Team is made up of Busi Sizani (Brand Exploitation Manager), Nthabiseng Mzazi (Commercial Co-ordinator), and Avishkar Sonna (Digital Media Content Co-ordinator)

Creative
Endemol South Africa's Creative Department is responsible for the new, innovative content as well as the localisation (for the South African market) of successful Endemol International formats. Helga Palmer (Head of Creative) is supported by Apollo Zake (Senior Creative Producer), Brendan Gabriel (Key Creative), James Finnemore (Visual Creative) as well as an array of creatives on the productions including writers and directors.

Entertainment Television
Endemol South Africa has access to hundreds of successful Endemol International formats including game shows, interactive shows and reality programming. Charles Povey heads up the Entertainment Television Department for Endemol South Africa.

Endemol South Africa's television production skills are supported by a team of highly skilled and multi experienced financial and accounting experts. The department is headed by Jane Fry, Financial Director.
